A Dream Come True
I have been dreaming about this Summit for years. During that time, the images and details would change.
Now here it is!! And there is no way that I could have imagined the incredibleness of the Women Working for the Earth Summit!!
Many of the people I admire most, those who have inspired my life's work, who give me courage when I feel lost, who fill my Heart with beauty have joined us for this Summit! Such as: Winona LaDuke, Terry Tempest Williams, Leah Penniman, Rosemary Gladstar, Linda Black Elk, Rocío Alarcón, Kate Gilday, Deb Soule, Tammi Sweet, Rowen White, Heather Jo Flores, and Rosita Arvigo.
As I interview our speakers and listen to the other interviews being done, my list of admiration grows. I frequently am in tears and my body vibrates with their messages. I still have more to listen to, but let me tell you, you want to hear YeYe Luisah Teish, Myra Jackson, Manulani Aluli Meyer, Luana Palapala Busby Neff, and Deseree Fontenot.
When you look at the incredible lineup of speakers, you’ll see that they are all committed to changing the paradigms and establishing new paths forward in Earth partnership that serve all of life. This gathering is a worldwide event that brings together people of all genders and ages to learn about both new and traditional ways of working with the ever-evolving, living Earth — and I am so excited about it!
