Practices
There are many ways of working with Brigid’s Way Spirit Essences. The following is one of our favorite ways of working with this particular Essence:
Dreaming
Dreaming with an Essence has the potential for revealing aspects of our subconscious, healing old wounds or patterns, facilitating guidance, allowing us to get to know a Plant or Essence, and more.
Generally, when we want to dream with an Essence, we simply take a drop of the stock Essence before going to sleep. Of course, we always have our dream journal open and within easy reach in case we want to write down any messages or other information from our dreams.
When working with a dosage Essence, we like to take the last dose right before bed, enabling us to dream with the Essence.
