Brigid's Way formulates unique Essences from Plants, Nature Spirits, and sacred places that have come forward as guides to help humanity evolve and assist individuals in discovering their True Selves.
We travel the world to connect with these Guides who are calling us to co-create their high quality Essences.
Our more-than-human kin have long supported humanity's evolution and they are grateful to have their gifts shared in this manner.
In fact, when Jen Frey first started making Essences, she had no intention of selling them. She was simply working with these Essences for herself and her clients. However, Grandmother Ayahuasca informed Jen that she could only make an Essence if she was willing to make it available to the wider public.
. . . And so, we offer you Brigid's Way Spirit Essences.
Our Essences are available as individuals or as the complete set. Unless otherwise noted, the sets contain 16 Essences that are preserved with fine brandy. All Essences are made by Nature and lovingly prepared by the Heart and hands of Jen Frey, founder of Brigid's Way.

The Sets
ECUADOR ESSENCES
The South American land of the majestic Andes and wild Amazon has held an allure for many people over the millennia. During a life-altering, two-week journey to Ecuador, Jen Frey joyfully took part in ceremony, communed with Nature, and experienced deep healing. The Plants and Places included in the Ecuador Set insisted that their Essences be made and shared with others, which prompted Jen to make her Spirit Essences available to everyone.
These Essences can assist you in seeing your beauty, healing wounds, removing blockages, and connecting with both Nature and your truest inner nature. They are wonderful for journeying.
ECUADOR ESSENCES SET 2
In 2017, Jen returned to Ecuador for another amazing adventure in the Andes and Amazon. After her first trip, she knew she was not able to make all of the Spirit Essences that she was being asked to create. The Plants called her back to continue on this journey with them.
The Plants in Ecuador retain their original power. They are wild and grow with their fullest possibility. Of course there are cultivated Plants there, especially in Quito. But even these have a strength that you do not find in the same cultivated Plants in the US. The climate in Ecuador is conducive to Plant life: warm all year, sunny, and plenty of rain. The energy is full of life. The Plants in this area know that they are important for the future of humanity. They offer many healing gifts and are part of the lungs of our Planet. The Plants here are used to having an intimate relationship with humans and want to have their gifts shared with the rest of the world.
These Spirit Essences can assist in accessing wisdom and guidance, aligning with Peace and joy, healing trauma, and deepening your connection with the Natural World. Many of these Plants are traditional Shamanic Plants of Ecuador and as such are great journeying Essences.
IRELAND ESSENCES
During several personal Shamanic journeys, Jen Frey envisioned herself dressed in a sweeping cape, standing tall on a craggy, windblown cliff, and gazing at the mighty ocean. She had no idea where this was but knew that she had to go there. In 2013, her dreams became reality when she traveled to Ireland's Cliffs of Moher. During this remarkable journey, she co-created the Essences that became the Ireland Set, which all have the common theme of helping us to step into our Higher Being.
These Essences can assist you in releasing burdens, wounds, and limiting beliefs, and moving more fully into your evolution.
This set consists of 10 Essences and are preserved with fine grain Jameson Irish Whiskey.
KAUAI ESSENCES
During an excursion to the breathtaking island of Kauai, Jen was drawn into a Love affair with the exquisite beauty of Mother Nature: mountain spires, colorful sands, cascading waterfalls, lush flora, and succulent fruits.
Beyond the island's sensual beauty, the landscape itself is a powerful magnifier of energy. The Plants absorb this intensified energy to their fullest potential. For this reason, the Plants and places that eventually became the Kauai Essences focalize Light and raise the vibratory rate. They help us re-member who we are: sensual Beings filled with Love!
These Essences can support you in healing both Ancestral and Karmic lines, living a Heart-centered life, and ultimately realizing yourself as a Sacred Human Being.
VIEQUES ESSENCES
I was invited on an excursion to the tantalizing island of Vieques, Puerto Rico to explore Pleasure, with a capital P, and ki's role in healing. I swam in the warm crystal clear Caribbean Sea, communed with Plants of Pleasure, and frolicked with the Liquid Light of the bioluminescent Dinoflagellates. I moved in and out of Bliss as I engaged with the sensuality of Nature. Though I also discovered that we can have fears and beliefs that block us from experiencing Pleasure and our sensuality. These Essences help to reclaim our innate relationship with Pleasure.
The paradise of Vieques is a paradox, having endured the conquistadors, bomb testing of the US Navy, and intense hurricanes, it is an example of resiliency and the determination to honor the Beauty and joy of life.
These Essences can assist you in reclaiming your innate relationship with Pleasure, releasing blockages and limitations, deepening your connection with Nature, and moving into the flow of the Universe.
This set currently consists of 13 Essences. The remaining 3 Essences were made in 2024 and will be added to the set soon.

These Essences are not currently available in a set; however, they are some of our most requested Essences, so we are making them available here. Unless, otherwise stated, they are preserved with high quality brandy.
