HEARTransformation Apprenticeship sets the foundation for developing a lifelong relationship with Plant Spirits and the tools for an effective healing practice based in a Love ethic.
Year two enables us to go even deeper, work with more potent energies, and learn techniques to create a more wholistic healing approach. Throughout our explorations you will strengthen your skills from year one and increase your confidence in having a healing practice (in whatever form you'd like) so that you can share your gifts and self with the wider world.
Embracing Your Truth Engaging with the Unseen Becoming a Conduit of Love
As with the first year, Advanced HEARTransformation combines ceremonies, healing techniques, and wisdom that Jen Frey has received over the past twenty plus years, both from human and more-than-human teachers. We continue our exploration with our Plant Allies and enhance our network of Guides to include working with other energies such as Elemental Beings, Archetypes, Light, and ultimately, Love.
Personal alchemy is an inherent part of the second year.
Strengthening our containers, letting go of what no longer serves us, embracing the Truth of who we are, and aligning with our Soul path supports us in becoming the best healing guides and versions of ourselves.
In addition to playing with Faeries, you will also expand your repertoire to include healing techniques such as Egg Limpias, Soul Retrievals, Karmic Healing, Blueprint Adjustments, PETs, and more. All of which is designed to help you re-member who you are and encourage you to step into your power and your role as a co-creator. When we work with Nature from this place, anything is possible.
THE EXPERIENCE
Session One:
Self-Love, Transmuting Trauma, Shifting Dis-Ease
This session we begin our journey with three major themes which we revisit throughout the Advanced Apprenticeship: exploration of Love, releasing distortions, and enhancing our knowledge of Flower Essences.
Our exploration starts with self-Love and continues by working with two of the premier teachers/Archetypes of Love to expand our capacity and understanding. Additionally, we engage with our own bodies and senses to remember the incredible wisdom within.
We focus on the distortions of trauma, malevolent magic, and limiting beliefs. We broaden our understanding of trauma: its impacts on our bodies, its connection to malevolent magic, and how to transmute it. To support this process, you will learn and experience Egg Limpias, a form of deep energy hygiene that helps to remove stagnant energy, malevolent magic, wounds, and traumas held in our bodies.
In addition to expanding your Flower Essence repertoire, you will work with Essences in new ways such as utilizing them to shift dis-ease and physical symptoms including David Dalton's PET method. We will also work with Essences to help create the life your Heart desires through Blueprint Adjustments.

Session Two:
Soul Healing, Faerie Encounter, Clinic
This session we focus on profound healings of distortions and deep wounds helping us to embrace our True Selves and step more into our gifts. We investigate the impact of traumas and beliefs from your other lives that are impacting you. We engage in a Karmic Healing process to heal these issues, bring more understanding into the lessons they provided, and shift patterns of distortion that are connected to them.
You learn how to safely and consciously bring back missing Soul parts via Soul Retrieval. As we grow, we all lose parts of ourselves through trauma and culturalization. Part of our healing process is to regain these parts so that we may be whole again, having access to all of our gifts.
We broaden our perspectives and shift our lens via the Faeries and Black-Eyed Susan. Your relationship with the Faerie/Elemental World deepens as you meet and spend time with your Faerie Ambassador. Black-Eyed Susan demonstrates that we have the power to change our story which greatly impacts our lives. Additionally, your skills as a practitioner are strengthened through a HEARTransformation clinic experience.

Session Three:
Personal Alchemy, Vision Quest, Love
All of your efforts, training, and personal alchemy come to fruition this session as we engage with more potent energies. We continue our exploration with Archetypes, Beings who are great teachers and guides for humanity. You receive healing and wisdom from your Archetype ambassador. You experience healing with Light including your Personal Light Frequency and bioluminescent dinoflagellates also known as Ensparkalation.
Of course, there is still room for growth and healing. This session provides an incredible opportunity to spend time with Spirit, your Guides, and the Land during a Vision Quest. This is your chance to have a clear channel to experience healing, gain insight, receive wisdom, or simply commune with the Beings who support you and your path.
We finalize our second year together with a series of ceremonies and experiences to prepare you for your initiation with Love and ultimately, learning how to be a conduit of Love to heal yourself, your clients, your community, Earth, and beyond. Love is the greatest healer, bringing us back Home to our Truth while enabling the expansion and evolution of consciousness.

OFFICE HOURS & SUPPORT
The Advanced HEARTransformation is customized for you to provide the skills and support that you want and need most. In addition to our three main sessions, we meet virtually for office hours. These are your opportunities to ask questions, expand your skills, or receive guidance.
During office hours, Jen addresses common issues you might encounter in your healing practice including how to provide support for anxiety, Lyme disease, grief, and sexual abuse. We also focus on expanding your Flower Essence understanding and repertoire.

This 4.5 acre Sanctuary is co-created with the Nature Spirits to create a place where ALL Beings are Sacred, safe and honored and is part of the United Plant Savers' Botanical Sanctuary Network.
EPICUREAN MEALS
At Brigid's Way, we feel that eating is one of the joys of life and is a way to engage with our senses and the gifts of Mother Nature. We also recognize the importance of nutritious, delectable foods to support you as you delve deep. While the Plants support your Soul, your body will be replenished with our high-quality, organic, homemade mealsfeaturing the incredible produce, meat, and dairy for which Lancaster County is famous (including from our own gardens). Herbal teas and snacks are available to graze throughout the day. We celebrate abundance and community with a potluck on Saturday nights.
Having food allergies ourselves, we pay close attention to and try to accommodate dietary restrictions. Much consciousness is put into the menu for each weekend, so that you can relax knowing that you will be nourished body and Soul. Vegan and gluten-free options are an inherent part of our menu.
Again and again, apprentices gush about the food. They can sense the thoughtfulness we take and comment on how healing it is to be so cared for. They frequently request a cookbook. Who knows, maybe one day we will put this together, but for now they are happy to delight in the deliciousness we offer here.

Support
Personal healing through this apprenticeship is a natural part of the process. There may be times that you would like extra support; therefore, students are given a 50% discount for healing sessions with Jen. (Expires 12/31/2026)
