Essences A to Z

Part of the magic of Essences is the alchemical shift that occurs when they come into contact with our vibratory rate (in other words, our energy). The Essence begins to modulate and shift our energy, offering a new way of being in the world. This may be a slightly different experience than for someone else taking the same Essence as each receives the healing gift needed for them at that time. While many practitioners say that Essences are gentle and can cause no harm, it is possible for Essences to awaken something in us or bring something to our awareness that we are not ready for, which can have dramatic effects. Therefore, it is important to understand the Essences that you are working with and when in doubt or when exploring deeper issues to work with a trusted practitioner.

Nature has so much to offer us from healing gifts to guidance to offering a different perspective and more. One of the many ways in which our Nature kin can share these gifts is through Essences: Flower Essences, Gem Essences, Spirit Essences . . . These little bottles invite us into a relationship with Nature and our potential. As we experience the Essence, we notice shifts and changes in our demeanors, beliefs, perspectives, bodies, habitual patterns. Sometimes these shifts are quite subtle and other times very potent. These changemakers help to clear the distortions and adaptations so that we can uncover our Truth, knowing ourselves on a deeper level and aligning with our Soul path.  

Despite the amazing potential that each Essence bottle contains, when discussing them we tend to use very short descriptions focusing on key gifts. These descriptions do not begin to explain the many gifts this Being has to share through their Essence. Here we attempt to honor the generosity of these Beings by exploring their gifts in greater detail. Have fun meeting these incredible Beings. And stay tuned as more explorations are added.
