Healing Through the Challenges

journey to healing

Life is full of opportunities, some beautiful and some challenging. While it is possible to learn, heal, and grow through joy and with ease, often it is life's challenges that leave the biggest imprints. As we engage in our healing journey, we may look at our challenging moments with new eyes. We can discover that there are lessons and healing gifts connected to these moments.

While we each have our individual lessons to learn and wounds to heal, we are communal beings. We can find wisdom in others' journeys and knowing we are not alone can give us great courage to continue. Our more-than-human kin are also always there to help guide us through even the most arduous times.

We may be tempted to numb or ignore the issue at hand. However, if there is a lesson to be learned, it will continue to present itself. We do live in the Universe of Perpetual Second Chances. Fortunately, each time the lesson appears, so do our helpers.

The more we heal, the more we learn to pay attention to our challenging moments for they provide us with clues and wisdom. They help us to remember who we are and embrace our gifts.

If you are feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed or simply would like some inspiration, read on . . .
