Practices
There are many ways of working with Brigid’s Way Spirit Essences. The following is one of our favorite ways of working with this particular Essence:
Creating a Dosage Bottle
Brigid’s Way sells stock bottles of Essences which can be used to create dosage bottles (the form of Essence we utilize in our healing consultations).
To do this, fill a ½-ounce bottle with 3 parts good quality brandy and 7 parts pure spring water (do not use water that has been chlorinated). To this bottle, we add 3 drops of the stock Essence. We now have a dosage bottle.
We can combine several Essences in a dosage bottle.
In general, we take 3 drops of a dosage Essence 3 times a day, by placing the drops under our tongue, being careful to not touch the dropper to our mouth. We can also place these drops into a glass of water or put them on our skin.
