Meditation
Meditating with an Essence is a wonderful way of experiencing their energy and healing gifts. Essences can be incorporated into any meditation practice: walking a Labyrinth, sitting quietly, listening to a guided meditation, spending reflective time in Nature, creating artwork, even laying down and resting.
