The following is a sample of the classes and lectures Jen has offered for various organizations and conferences. Many are able to be shared virtually as well as in person. Jen is happy to tailor these talks or create something new specifically for your group.

Plants are willing and able to help us heal and shift our systems of oppression to create a world where all Beings are considered sacred and can thrive. We will discuss and experience some of the Plant Allies who are helping to usher us through this next step in our evolution.

We explore the connection between trauma and malevolent magic. Learn ways to protect ourselves and recognize when we have been impacted by negative energies. We also explore simple energy hygiene techniques to help our bodies remain healthy and vibrant.

We look at our relationship with Plants through the lens of the Heart. Romancing the Plants allows us to dive deeper and find a new level of intimacy which has profound gifts to offer our lives, our health, and our world.

Experience direct communication with Plants via the universal language of music. We will discuss Plant intelligence as well as the implication of the incredible Music of the Plants instrument. Witness and feel the impacts of Plants singing and how they respond to us. (In-person only)

Release the burdens of your Ancestors as you step more freely into your own Being. Grandmother Cedar will guide us through a ceremonial healing process to heal the wounds of our Ancestors.

Plant Diets are a special opportunity for us to more easily align with the Plant and Spirit Worlds, accessing information and healing gifts by moving into an intimate relationship with a Plant. Plants so generously share their healing gifts with us in many different ways. Flower Essences are the energetic and spiritual components of a Plant in liquid form. These changemakers provide an opening and opportunity for us to become our true, fullest selves.

Our ceremonies and multi-day workshops allow for a deeper immersion and more transformative experience. We tend to host these at Heart Springs Sanctuary; however, when possible, we are happy to work with your group or organization to bring the courses to you, even customizing them for your needs. Some of the courses are available virtually as well.

Work with Jen to create a half or full day healing ceremony designed specifically for you or your group. Engaging in ceremony helps us move beyond our limiting beliefs and connect with our Guides to experience meaningful healing and understanding.
Personal Ceremony
Gather in community to interact with Plants, learn various ways of communicating with them, experience Greenbreath Journey and Music of the Plants concert, discover your personal Plant Ally. This Plant is your doorway to an intimate relationship with the Plant World and ultimately, with yourself.

Experience how to engage in co-creative partnership; how to assess the energy of a particular place and help to enhance, heal, or balance this; and how to work WITH the aspects of Nature that we feel as challenging (such as Mosquitos or "Invasive Plants").
Co-Creating Sanctuary
Developing a deep, personal relationship with the Directions and Elements, helps us find our way through the World and is one of the fundamentals of Magical and Alchemical work. Strengthen and amplify your personal relationship with the Directions and Elements, giving you an incredible source of guidance.

Apprenticeships
For those desiring a more expanded, immersive experience, we offer our class series. These series require a commitment of time and energy as we meet for multiple sessions, each session building on the previous ones. Your commitment is rewarded with profound, life changing experiences.
Through this apprenticeship you sharpen your intuitive skills, becoming your own authority. During our five months together, you will commune with the Plant Spirits and other guides to encourage your evolution, while learning skills to help others on their healing journey and awakening.
HEARTransformation Apprenticeship
Strengthen your skills from year one, engage in personal alchemy to enable you to work with more potent energies, and learn techniques to create a more wholistic healing approach. A major goal of year two is to increase your confidence in having a practice (in whatever form you'd like).
